In this series, packaging is used to create collagraph printmaking plates. I redact the original content of the flattened package by using an additive drawing process to build up the surface with different kinds of tape, and a reductive drawing process by incising into the surface of the cardboard. These plates are printed on translucent Japanese papers, to produce fragments that are in turn collaged together to form overlapping networks and motifs.
