This project investigates the form and content of various types of consumer product packaging that are part of the everyday experience. I am interested in the container as both a vessel that holds content and as a structure that reformats text and image in order to convey meaning. The container is a three-dimensional form that creates a separation between interior and exterior space. I investigate the discrepancies between the representational imagery on the exterior and the interior object/content. The container can be unfolded and flatten into a reversible abstract geometric form.
